Yeah Scumbags in suits … l wonder what Mr Holingberry thinks about it Him and dad started all those years ago but then he,s got his dosh aint he ,maybe he should of kept it… There you go.. By the way the next Comet due in l think in seventy five years Wonder who will be next!!

I agree with you Alex there is or was, nothing wrong with a Comet Engineer They were always had updated training to what manufacturer they were responsible for also when l worked for Comet as a DA Engineer in the Seventies you could not have worked for a better company but alas in the latter years it was run by the Plonker Brigade who did not know a Flare Nut from a Coconut

Yeah Kwatt.. That,s about par for the course aint it !! Stunningly Low,Cant think how the suits expect gold service when they pay less than S**t money.. Then how much are Connect gonna pay the engineers after taking their cut UNBELIEVEABLE…

Yeah , ISDAL cant have done their accounts very well as l have just received a demand for payment from Ernst & Young for £89.00 which we paid by card over the phone in August…And we are NOT a Service Agent Thank God!! So back to the training room for the accounts dept, Oh sorry its gone! ..bad luck!!

Still cannot get it out of my head ,why is 0800 so secretive and also why cant you buy spares for the manufacturers they represent (ever tried to obtain an on/off switch for a Bush D/W) although we were working as a JTM engineers we still cannot get certain Bush Spares …. MI6 is easier to contact!!! If it wern’t for Mike nobody would have a clue about JTM.. “Still is this life as we know it Jim”! l dont know many engineers who like the idea of franchises

Hey is it that important all this worrying and checking if on if the engineer did his job correctly we all know the good and bad engineers and also all this waff about franchises using experianced engineers Trust me me if you got da dosh your in …most engineers do not want these franchises they want the freedoms of their business Surely thats why most engineers started up on their own in the first place, also we never see any other 0800 engineers blogs on this thread only Mike ,is he the only spokesman …Why is that??

Yeah the guy that did not diagnose or complete the job correctly has probably been paid and gone off too the future in da Starship Enterprise… oh sorry the Screwdriver Van ,forget about refunds but then again he obviously was able check the fault from viewing through da metal panels ,Hey Beam me up Scotty!!

If you read the ERT Mag and Take a Town section ,Currys and PC World alway get 0 out 10..Surely the line managers and the Directors read these mags, or are they just up so arrogant and up their own a…s that they dont see the end coming.. Its just unbelievable that Currys,Comet,and Debenhams get 0 out of 10 for the dismal service they provide.. You would have thought some senior managers would kicking ass at some of these pathetic stores Still when they are gone they are gone.Just the job let the independants lead the way out of this dreadful recession……

CRAZY…………This company has got take the cake (l was gonna say the p..s) but maybe some 0800 engineers might be suitable!!! on second thoughts the truck may prove a difficulty
