ParticipantRe: Workwear Deal
The samples do look good IMO with a few slight problems that the supplier acknowledges. Going from the top the electrical in Deltec is the wrong colour it should be gold, The swirly bit behind MDM does not stand out very clear so that is being changed to the same colour of red that is in the CES logo and the spacing/sizing in “Quality Washer Repairs” is a bit off which he assures me will be sorted for the final run.
It will be an ongoing deal and at £6 for a polo shirt (with the UKW logo included) and £9 for work trousers you can’t go wrong. The company that is producing these items for us is in the process of setting up their own website and maybe we could set up a link between the sites for any one else who wants work wear.
I imagine we should have this initial order delivered for the end of January at the latest and will send all who are buying an exact size guide after the new year.

Dear Mrs P.
MayI be the first to say that as an trade group all we can do is starve his supply of fish at the Feb 05 meeting. On the other hand you can impose much stricter sanctions your self 😈 😈 Please let us know if these sanctions work.

ParticipantRe: Moderators
Now I am in here I would like to make the following statement:
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of moderator of the Uk Whitegoods site, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the UKW.”
Heard that before somewhere 😀As far as translating for Ken is concerned I dont need to. Now there is two of us we are a majority who cannot be crushed.

ParticipantRe: PT100 sensors
Cheers Dave,
I noticed one of these sites earlier and couldn’t find anything suitable. I can go into RS and get complete K type probes for under a fiver but the pt100’s cost about £28.
Seems strange that I can go into Argos and buy a half decent multimeter for £23 that comes with the K type probe.
I supose I will need to fork out £28 for one. 😥

ParticipantRe: Whilpool ADG937/1S Control board blown
Hi Simon,
Looks like you have the wrong board. There are two different versions of the control board for this model.
If the 12NC of the appliance is 854293715310 then you need 481221478191
