Well we received a job from Repaircare yesterday for a Rangemaster 60cm electric cooker made by Vestel, normally we would get these jobs through Minerva not Repaircare, maybe Rangemaster are using Repaircare now instead of Minerva or have Vestel pulled away from Minerva ?????

Hi Nige had our first attempt by JTM to pass me a De Dietrich job yesterday, emailed them saying I would do the work for a greatly improved fee, which I wont disclose, but as yet had no reply !!!
I ain’t doing it for peanuts and they will have to supply spares FOC as well for me to do it (which they haven’t got) 😉Re: Fagor In Bankruptcy
as far as I know the De Dietrich brand is still running and the original policies are to be honored, I have at least 3 customers we supplied appliances to that need repairs at the moment, do any of you guys know how to contact the new service part of this company so I can arrange service visits or am I being optimistic !!
I have already got to replace 2 Fagor appliances we cant get spares for to repair, if this keeps up I will be bust in 6 months !!Re: LG F1403YD6 Washer Dryer TE fault code

Just to add my opinion, I have used this system and its previous version for over 8 years now, there is nothing better out there believe me I have looked and actually the cost is minimal compared to others, my accountants fees have halved because it exports directly to Sage so less time going through paperwork, same can be said with stock, all in all the system has paid for itself time and again over the years in saving my business time and money.
Paul is an excellent person to deal with, his commitment and service is exceptional, personally now without the Mercury System my business would grind to a halt quickly its that important to us 😀

I just got my Dell XPS12 convertible laptop, you flip the screen over and it becomes a touch pad, absolutely brilliant and it runs my service system which is MS SQL based no problem, best of both worlds laptop and touch pad !
