sounds like control module, have you re-set the programme? is the door lock mechanism working?….is there any noises from the machine at all?

hi, to be honest with you I don’t think you sound confident to work on this, the door lock is stuck in the close position and can be tough to return as they are sprung loaded, the independent engineer cant just assume the board is gone. The inlet valve in the machine could be faulty or it could just be the drain pump is running 24/7 due to a anti flood mechanism being set-off, search this site for a recommended engineer.

the condenser unit is blocked, they get blocked with fluff or if you have a dog and wash rugs it will block even quicker!
only do this if you are competent working on an appliance with it disconnected from the mains!
the lid has to be removed and the rear half of the cabinet has to be removed, you will see a clear plastic chamber running down the side of the machine from the fan motor downwards. Remove the hose clip at the bottom of the chamber then lower the chamber away from the fan, clean it out by flushing and using a coat hanger wire to clear awkward bits.

but he says the leak is visible after the wash has finished, it does 3 rinses, if the hole was further up it would at least start to leak on the first or second rinse!

it cant be the machine! if the machine was leaking it will leak when on a wash or rinse or when draining!…is the waste water going out down a stand pipe and is this blocked?

these had a modification after a few months of being out, the module was replaced and had a built in time-out on fill, if you remove the float/magnet in the sump DONT put it back in upside down!

the brushes on these stick in the holders, run a file over the side of them and make sure they slide in the holder okay, ive fitted buckets of these and 85{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the time they need a slight adjustment, its a shame cos bosch charge a fortune for these!

very high chance it will be the brushes, if you are competent in fitting them make sure they slide in the holder okay some need a shaving took off the side with a file…if you dont check this you will have future problems, also fit them with the motor off its quicker in the long run!
