The heater stat open circuiting would still allow the motor to turn. the time dry is more for checking the brush sensors. This machine wont do anything.Yes, i should have checked the door switch but i somehow convinced myself that it must be the pcb.
thankyou for replying.kevinlewis

ParticipantRe: BEKO FRIDGEFREEZER A190W
thanks for that. I know that on the maytag/ amana there is a klixon which only turns the fan on when the evap reaches -20. This beko didn’t have one so i guessed about the door being shut. Thanks again.

I dont think that I can change /edit the incorrect model number from the first post. It seem that you can only edit post that are only a few hours old.
this issue of discontinuing the supplying of spares, especially on supposedly quality brands, needs addressing.
Maybe a call to Which or friends of the Earth?kevinlewis

Why not have the PCB repaired ?
It’ll be cheaper than a new PCB.

I’m having the same problem. What a rotten job this is. Such a bad design! There must be a link on here somewhere explaining how to remove the motor and heater. But where?

I’ve looked at the bsh website. it does not look like the regular Panasonic type inverter that Neff, Bosch and Siemens use.as I cant see a HV transformer it must be the inverter type. is the inverter part no; 642781, as its called the relay module on their website.Do you know what the magnetron’s 2M number is? thankskevinlewis
ParticipantRe: BEKO dishwasher
Thanks for your advice.I did not have time to strip the facia to check the pcb for loose connections or burn marks ect.
would a fault on the float micro switch cause it to not pump out during normal operation? i did not see any signs of leakage on the bottom tray.
can you give me the part number or price of new control pcb or the suppliers. Thanks.kevinlewis

ParticipantRe: AMANA WATER FILTER
Could not find it on the Sears site. The 7003 looks too narrow at the top.The original has “Penta pure Amana clean and clear”, printed on it.Again Maytag have told us it is now part no 67003662 sub from RO 185014
