    Thanks for your help, turned out the mains filter was split in half. Have fitted new one but now having trouble starting it. the light sensitive buttons seem ok if i remove board and operate but once fitted back through the fascia they seem very unresponsive? Any ideas would be gratefully received please? Cheers Kez

    Thanks for that but we’ve just fitted a new valve and its made no difference. Any other suggestions? 🙂

    Thanks for that, we had already configured board to 05 as on the rating plate and the board had been fitted for approx 4 weeks before it built up with ice again.Haven’t come across this problem before bearing in mind we have changed everything possible? Any ideas please? Cheers Kez
