thanks for the update franz,in my case the vacuum had the old unsleeved pins but was fitted to a machine that would have come with sleeved pins.

customer phones up(we are on the phone bt call minder kicks in)and they leave a message,then they phone up before we retrive the message can’t these people wait 👿
then for those who have got bt call minder the phone rings with the message.

us too! we also find customers in such a hurry and until the customer drops off the inspection charge the product will not get looked at.
