Yes Martin I agree about awareness completely but, not unfounded outright fear or scaremongering.
And, there are differing opinions on a cause, even from fire experts.

Thing is, we all know they do not do so then when it all goes titsup.com it’s everyone or anyone’s fault but theirs.

That doesn’t look to be an EU model so we’ve no parts info for it, Samsung restricts stuff at the best of times but anything outside the EU we cannot see.

It is “opinion” and I have issues with it as that machine was years old and obviously worked for about a decade or more had proven to be pretty safe if you ask me and, no way to know the condition, what was done to it or much anything really but because is slapped across the media in a bullet point, expect there to be much finger pointing and waving to follow. Directly followed by the panicked public.

3 weeks minimum. Lofra are well known for taking ages to supply and that 3-6 weeks is the best guess on it, it’s not unusual for them to take a couple or more months for special orders as we think they often make them specifically on request.
