As you are experiencing it is dependent on the training centre
also its not just cookers that need to be in your portfolio, you also require some boilers and gas fires.
To be honest its a nightmare and you have to wonder wetehr its worth given the future of Gas in the UKRe: Brand new Lamona LAM8301
If you get a replacement put the door on but don’t put it in the hole ,run it for a couple of washes if it doesn’t leak then you know that it is when it’s put in to the housing that your problems occur

No as we don’t dictate to people what they should do with there own businesses.
Everyone makes a business decision based upon what is placed before them.

what you describe sounds like the cabinet is twisting ,are the feet level at the back ?and is it fixed to the work top as it shouldn’t twist when you open the door

I didn’t know they did send parts on your behalf ?
The only other answer is for the parts to come to you ,you remove the offending flyers and send out with your paperwork in.The trouble is with the decline of repairers they are looking for more business wherever they can get it.

Check the weight of the decor door ,look in the handbook for details.
Also is the door being fitted EXACTLY as per the fitting instructions and not just being screwed onRe: Smeg fan oven dead
Turn the timer knob one click to the left it will then be set to manual and should work,if you go on to Smeg.com you can download the user manual from the customer service section

If it’s a motor type machine then it req motor if it’s direct drive then it needs the stator
