We need to look at this in January ,that’s why I have put bank balance on the agenda ,we may be looking at setting budgets and appointing someone in a treasurer role for the future .
I think the Hilton does us well we have a good relationship with them ,I have a problem with freeloaders who want to come along and enjoy our hospitality and then sit and talk all the way through peoples presentations and then slag us off…
How we balance that with those that want to come along and see what we are about I’m not sure .
We always steered clear of associate membership ,but we could consider asking ALL the trade stands to put into the kitty ?Re: WTA Council Meeting January 2011
the problem is how do we cover our costs while also encouraging “non” members to attend and find out what we are about

😕 I suggested 21st of Jan but as no one came back I have something booked can we do the 28th instead ?
