That’s not what I’m seeing when I get called out to Side by side repairs. Care to elaborate.
Bit difficult to elaborate really.
They quote £180.00 to repair US units, do the maths…….add some logic or simply ask them 😉

Maybe they tried but they discovered they were all too busy at Samsung head office working on producing more Sh1t to go wrong who knows

Its a forum for discussion, go figure that.
Samsung compressors are not written off by KnowHow.
As for misdiagnoses by company engineers or blind panic followed by elaborate explinations of why l wont be calling by independants, is not training the solution………
Ken constantly bangs on about it and slags off both parties, in fact he has spent several yrs trying to set up and support training, go figure that.

Europe call there appliance repairers “technicians” too.
Due to the fact that an appliance repairer you would be over qualified and underpaid if you had an Engineering qualification.
That maybe changing.;)
Nice photos though. Maybe you should break all the appliances and do a full survey.

There is a company currenty sending school leavers on the course l posted a link too.
They will spend many months after with trusted, experienced & qualified engineers and will build a portfolio before being let loose on the public.
They can then continue learning up to level 4 Engineering which will allow them to enter into a management role.
