Between £250-£300 depending on your build specific. The ability of the base to slide in and out of a vehicle on and off the base works well, for me well worth the cost.

Never believe the hype, which is why l never bought into the ISE ethos for my clients, the products being built by the companies ISE slagged off seemed to me as pure marketing. You cannot compare a semi commercial product against a domestic one, completely different beasts. So no never believe the PR especially if there are some obviously iffy claims.

It would work if everybody had an honest intention and an average IQ. Problem is the law, legislation does not account for muppets and liars.

If it’s the ones I’m thinking of you can swap them over by turning them upside down.

Lawyers usually don’t learn the law, hence the large reference materials found in their offices and ultimately it’s why people go to court, both parties will have different opposing interpretation of the relevant law.

So why is a sales person anymore qualified to comment on a “law” that ultimately requires a Judge to decide each dispute on there own merits.

It’s interesting as the numbers of incidents pre testing and compared to other developed countries would suggest either the tests are not carried out and results inaccurate or testing has little benefit.

    Re: Dangerous part ll

HSE recently made its opinion clear regarding PAT tests being carried out yearly, in most situations it’s viewed as overly cautious, places such as construction sites frequent testing yes, but an office no its not required.
As for who is responsible after a repair, who’s to say the owner didn’t open up an appliance after a repair. Proving responsiblity is a minefield.
