Im assuming its miles away or you would be going and taking the old element out and sourcing a suitable replacement.
If it turns out thats what u shall have to do then make it aware the charge will be higher.

Well im going to have to uplift this machine tommorow.
Fitted the new board and it has obviously cured 1 + 4 lights ( error code ).

But seems to fail to initialise.
Cannot get any function on any setting or reset.

    Any Ideas?
    Thx.

    Re: Samsung FF F/Freezer

    Thats really helpful R600a.
If it turned out the machine was gonna be so expensive the customer was gonna buy new then i would offer that advice about contacting samsung if under 5 yr.

As it stands though ive already made several phone calls at cost and quoted customer a price they are happy to pay me tro supply and fit and guarantee so i aint gonna cut my nose off on this one.
Don’t get me wrong though ive often told customers to contact manufacturer but if they happy to pay me to remedy and havn’t done their homework thoroughly i aint gonna tuck them into bed at night if you get me?

I too have xmas pressies to buy my kids. 😆

I spent many years learning a trade, I hate it when I go to my local trade counter and there selling brushes for motors and telling a client how to fit them. 😡

I supply parts to client, when they pick up I open box, show them the part and they agree its in tact and free from damage.

I then either had it over or if I suspect the client is hassle, usually there attitude, I photograph it.

If they can`t fit it and return it in a different condition, I`m covered I also have on my invoices and explaining that once fitted part is no longer returnable unless fitted by a suitably qualified person.

Exactly how our shop ran ( when i was employed ) and no problems occured really by using those methods. ( didnt take photos though ).

    Re: Penguin45

    thx guys…

However what is throwing me a bit is that connect are listing ….

C00143206 which is 5031687951496 ( but not listing it suitable for DI620UK.

    and BIT100 Board

    C00143222 which is 5045173476431 ( listing this to suit DI620UK )

So although im trusting martins answer connect are throwing it the opposite way. 😕
