    I would of changed the lock after ruling out heater and motor , ive had a couple burnout inside causing trip when go is pressed

    possibly a wire in the harness broke, touched cabinet… just a thought, i opened a customers once and it happened middle lower of the door

    Think im being too soddin nice to my customers then…i take door home if overlapping is involved, fill the hole with a peice i cut out of a old door i use, gorilla glue and leave overnight, go back measure drill fit… viola! Done it too many times

    Ive placed orders a couple of times on a sunday expecting processing monday, del tuesday..only to take delivery monday morning, so mines the opposite way around “hope i aint spoke too soon”

    Confused tbh alan….just been back there checked everything over again… tried it…it heated! Told the customer to try a couple of loads in it and let me know..maybe a loose wire maybe heater relay or pcb itself…who knows at this stage.

    Been to 2 neff d/w the last 3 weeks…both have heatpump failure… stripped one down to find a blown element… quite shocked by the findings… its like a wide bracelet with a heatband glued to it

    They are sharp round here…. so fast i keep the front door locked…if they seen my washer aint on….its gone!

    Will any of the software have audio for the consumer.. like ” wake up im on fire” …or will it just dial 999 or??? all this stuff was bound to happen…. im holding back my cash waiting on cars without wheels to hit the market

    knocked on door to look at washing machine
    “Come in” i hear the lady shout!

    Open the door to a smack in the kipper by a hot minging smell that blew my eyebrows clean off, started making my way in to hear “mind were you walk i havnt cleaned up yet”

    Had to play hopscotch from front room to kitchen so i didnt tread on any of the atleast 40 piles of dog shyte that was covering what appeared to be a carpet .. was like a mine field, i just looked at the machine …about turned and played hopscotch on my retreat telling the “lady” lol you need to get a new machine…ive wavered my service call charge also…have a great day toodle oo

    Very hit and miss these days…so much so when customers ask i just say im semi retired and dont play golf either… its not gr

    Jeees guys! I must be doing something completely wrong although i do my best for people and get their mostly same day… ive no excuse not to really… had one call last week between 9am monday and 6pm friday… any pointers then? Lol.

    I dont cater for the commercial side but on a plus note im the only one in my area that does dishwashers…still i feel as though im doing something wrong with the way my phone is turning into a dust collector 🙁 its scary tbh
