    Re: Bosch Error code 106

E106 It appears to be a fault with the door lock system. Ive managed to release it. Just need to know if this is a common fault and the oven will need parts or its something that may happen now and again?

Hi, When the machine starts bleeping open the door and count the pluses of the start button and that will indicate a fault code. With that you will be able to pin point the fault.I would say with it going that far into the cycle it would be down to over foaming or a dirty sump switch.

Hi.I would imagine your kitchen was supplied by mfi so if you contact your mfi or there web site and log onto the Extracare department they will give you the number to your local service partner they use for there for there repairs.

Hi,It sounds like you may have a drum seal fault which is allowing air to escape into the cabinet increasing the drying time and causing the drum to catch the clothes.

Hi, It may be a good idea to check that there is’nt anything touching the back wall from one of the shelf’s. Because this will cause the water to run away from the back wall when it’s defrosting.

Hi, Also adding to Dentedporsche’s advice if you are using Tablets such as 5 in 1 etc with rinse aid in your machine it may be over sudding causing the machine to fault ?? Maybe try cleaning as advised and running it through a cycle without any detergent.
