    Update for those interested. I had to subsequently do a bearing change on this machine. Removing the springs enabled me to get more grease at the point of contact. This seems to have solved the problem.

    I would try using a current clamp on meter to find out how much current the heater is pulling,

    Had the same problem a few months a go. On ballance from what I see the AW23 seems to have a low failure rate.

    Thanks for the reply Chris. This is not a fault code on the vertical lights but it is on the horizontal lights on the right. It looks like it is trying to remind the user of something to do with the dryer?? Am I missing something?

    Did a boil service wash, 40 wash on colours, 40 wash on whites and a 60 wash on whites. Laundry ok and no grooves on the boot. Avised customer on various aspects of washing and left it with her for test. No calls after four days so I hope thats the end of it,

    I am convinced it is a good road to go down. Not sure about a credit lisence, why do I need one? I agree that it may be good to air the subject in the general trade forum, if any one wishes to transfer the topic please feel free.
