went to the same fault just before christmas .you need to reset the pcb as the m/c thinks it has a flow meter fitted.
With the door open turn the appliance on and within three seconds push the program selection button four times.the test prog has been selected if the first(soak)and the fith(strong wash)lights are flashing.once the two outer lights are flashing,press the prog button once to select a version without a flow meter.the soak light should go off leaving the strong light on , turn the m/c off DON`T shut the door wait 30 seconds now test m?c on a soak/prewash .
