    Re: neff oven

Ok ive posted this once but server is slow so here goes again. All is well fitted genuine element and hey prestow the oven is working like a gooden. So the problem lies with the elements from masterpart, that problem had me awake at nights thinking i had done something wrong or missed somthing as i had 2 on the same day. But hey i am a good engineer its the parts that are crap but try telling that to the customers. Hope this helps in the future for other people.

Thanks for your reply ,as for the fan it is going at full speed no problem there. Would the lower wattage element make that much difference and if it does why do they list the low wattage element as a replacement. Does anyone know the origional part numbers for the element.thanks.

Checked voltage at element and am getting 240 volts the wattage of the new element is 1700w thrown away the old element but presume it is the same . Masterpart number for new element is bs14107 is this right? Cant understand why im getting 240 volts at element but wont get past 100 degree c.

    Re: Hotpoint condenser TCM65A

Hi i had this problem a while back and it turned out to be the timer, the drum would run in reverse when it was suposed to go forwards. This caused the heater to be on when in reverse and no air flow through the heater.

    Re: Hotpoint WF640G

HOTPOINT washing machines stuck in “test” mode late models e.g. WF630G with display on fascia.
This is caused when user accidentally pushes on/off and start buttons simultaneously.
To exit test mode press start again > display goes wild>press start again>display settles down >
then press on/off plus start buttons simultaneously and hold for few seconds till display reads “D:end” or “D:off” or similar.
    Machine should now function normally.

Yet to be learned how to conduct test mode.
