Hi went to it today as i walked in the house she said she had just tried it again and was still faulty. I turned it on and turned the dial and all was perfect ,i think this machine is haunted as ive been to it three times for faults and as soon as i turn up ,nothing wrong. Costing me a fortune bloody thing. 😥

Hi thanks for your reply. Been back again today as she said it is doing the same ive checked everything took the drain hose off and the sump hose off stripped the pump and all is clear. She is using hardly any powder but she says it will be okay for a couple of washes then bring up f3 again. I filled and drained the machine 30 times today and it was perfect every time . I dont know what else i can do .paul

Hi that is not the part that i need ,i thought it was so ordered it but it came back as the grey plastic feed pipe that fixes to the top basket. I need the clear feed pipe from the heater up the back of the machine and is fixed to the back of the machine with a large plastic nut. thanks.
