    Re: bosch kgv3104gb/03 fridge freezer

Spoke to qer today and they said scrap the appliance!!! Apparantly if the machine is running its not the board faulty its the thermistors which they say are mounted inside the insulation at manufacture and cannot be replaced ,is this correct?

    Re: http://WWW.advertising???

They kept asking me to advertise with them so i asked them to see some proof of airing on telly etc. They kept saying they are going to be in a commertial break on itv and told me to watch but it never appeared. My wife works in advertising for the archant news paper group and they told me they had spent 1 million pounds in this paper but my wife looked into it and found nothing so beware it may be a scam.

Thanks for the info . I can scroll through the programmes and select them all it then tells me to shut the door so i do and then zip nothing its dead and won,t do a thing. So its looking like the control board ,go on then tell me gently how much? Buy the way i have taken the control board off and no sighs of burnes or damage.

    Re: Awkward Customers

Made me mad yesterday a customer called me out to fix a miele washing machine they had moved the m/c and caught the program dial on a door and snapped the shaft. Miele won,t supply the shaft on its own so had to order the complete board £240. Customer to my suprise said yes go ahead and order the parts got a phone call this morning ,his misses went mad at the cost and told to cancel parts. So from now on im going to ask for cash up front for expensive parts.

Re: Not the advice I wanted

Don,t you just love cuntstomers that like to try it on!!! 8 months ago i installed an intergrated dishwasher which they purchased themselves and had soon started to leak. the leak had swollen the cupboard and the door would not open without chaffing I told them to contact the company they purchased it from as it was still under warranty. They said they wanted me to fix it as i have been to them before and trusted me. So i went along and fixed the leak and shaved the cupboards down so to fix the problem. then at the end of the job i said i was just going to wright a bill out and then they said YOUR NOT GOING TO CHARGE ME ARE YOU its still under warranty, well as you can imagine big argument later and i left empty handed big time BLACK LISTED 2 hours for nothing.

    Re: hotpoint dwf 31

Sorry but i have the service test program and have tried all that including reprograming the board alas to no avail. the heater is fine and it fills with water fine. In fact although it reads h2 code the machine actually works fine and goes through the whole program but just takes alot longer than it should. After about 20 mins the h2 goes off and it starts to count down as normal. Very strange.
