There are no electronic boards on this machine – could you expand a little on your problem? What is it that has been displaced and where?

Water level control faulty. Airhose may be detached/blocked/holed; air chamber may be choked, level switch may be faulty.

Power off if investigating, click the link below for a engineer if you’re not confident.

1701426 is the hinge, 1603030 is the pivot kit. Buy 2 as they’re pretty cheap?

If the heater has been activated without water, the water level control system is at fault – it thimks it’s full of water when it isn’t. Usually a bit of a demolition job to resolve – time for pro help? Click the link below.

    Power off if investigating further.

I think you’ll find that this is a problem with the Rotor Position Sensor. The sensor and the wiring can fail, worst case is the Motor Control board failing. There is an 051 further down this forum with the identical problem.

If there is no access panel in the cavity or rear cover panel, the casing may have to be removed. You must not do this yourself – parts of the circuitry run at up to 2500v, which can be stored in a capacitor inside.

Most curious – my TDS will only run on version 6 – I have to keep knocking back any updates in order to keep it running.

Remove soap drawer – remove two screws, remove three bolts around porthole, open filter flap and push spring clip down whilst pulling the front panel towards you.

    Easypeasy. 😀

    SM0501 from Masterpart @ £18.

Four-legged crosspiece machine – only oddity is that the inlet ducting has to be removed from the crosspiece. Last one I did took just over the hour.
