They won’t be showing in the shop@ facility as failure is extremely rare.

No idea – never needed one! Contact spares@ with the part number and they’ll sort it all for you.

Do you mean the tray on top of the compressor (black motor unit round the back)? If so, the replacement tray is p/no 97590921. spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will be able to get one for you. It’ll be a special order part, so a little patience will be required.

No, it should never get full of water. A little condensate will run into it and be evaporated off.

I’d be looking at the igniter system for the hob. It’s a capacitance discharge device. However, it’s part of the gas system, so I can’t tell you anymore.

    This post explains why.

I’d take the lid of and observe. A torch may help. Don’t touch anything before pulling the plug.

Quite possible, but start with the mains suppressor – it can blow and still let current through, but there are consequences later.

The old San Giorgio/Ocean machines used to have a pump mounted like that to spray up into the drum. Never worked – always blocked.

Inlet valve – inside of the machine where the fill hose joins on. One of the coils is a feed to the condesnser. Nominal reading of 3.5kOhms when split from the circuit.

Condenser housing. The moulding under the blower motor. Prone to filling up with fluff and strangling the airflow. Poor airflow – overheats – safety trips.

NTC sensor. Should give a reading in kOhms when metered. This reading should fall as the device is warmed.

    Power off first, please.

Psst! Rinse the heavy deposits off stuff first, then there won’t be all that fat to clog the grid.
