i had a washing machine that failed a pat test but when i went out to see it it was fine till i put water in it then found element went down to earth

you should check you are still getting your dhl deliveries from dhl business and not dhl home delivery as the dhl home delivery is done by bored housewives and the retired
apparantly its cheaper for the wholesaler to use that rather than dhl business
not that they pass it on to us

i have the gearbox coupling now and need some advice

unplug machine!!!!!
take off old module
look for burnt tracks
it will have the part number on it
probably has blown as pcb`s on these machines are rubbish
while unplugged check on top of drum for a manually resetable t/stat
push the centre (brown or red) button
if it clicks it will heat again and dry better
REMEMBER washer/dryers are absolute rubbish at drying
you need to only put in half a load for dryinghope that helps

yes the large bearing is the same as the small wma bearing
the small bearing is 6205-2z
and the seal is different as well
