Are there plans for an intergrated version? This would be very lucrative in our area as there are new apartment blocks popping up everywhere

are you mad!! white knight pretty good! i dont think so. IMO possibly one of the worst built appliances thats out there, especially the condensers that you have to break the rear fan off just to get the back panel off.

remove the soap draw and undo the screw on the bottom right hand side. remove door seal strap and two screws holding the door lock. remove the three screws behind the kick plate. hold the front panel by the porthole, push down and lift off. hey presto one removed front panel!

I have to agree with ex-employee on this one. Although having a draining problem will also cause this problem eg: extended waste hose or poorly installed machine. It is extremely doubtful there is anything wrong with your appliance.

what goes around comes around! its obviously the time to close all small depots and open one big one. bsh are doing the same thing. new sevice centre opening in kettering in march with the closure of all depots other than the call centres and head office at m/k. agood majority of there engineers are not realishing the prospect. perhaps there might be some poaching to be had?

Dave, Tried that.Electrolux only reconise the first four digits?2158 goes wrong after that.any more ideas?

Thanks chaps but i’d already done the Bosch and w/pool thing already and wasn’t one of those. think it might be an older kitchen company badged machine, similar to the smeg stuff. job passed back!!

Before changing the water heater check the valve on the side chamber, the machine will fill once through the inlet valve direct to the sump and then fill again through the side chamber then it dumps the water in. If not enough water it will only spray to top arm. Have been caught out before with exactly same symptoms (whilst working for Bosch!)
