ParticipantThanks for getting back to me Dave I’ll go back and check that hose.
The spurting is strange it is not overflowing, more a high speed shot of water which shoots to the top of the air break where it joins the tub and leaks out of the openings in it.pmb
ParticipantThanks a lot Dave, I’ll let you know how it goes

ParticipantThanks for getting back to me. Yes I did all the tests but got that code off before so it didn’t get replaced by E32. It was just the start light flashing. I will go back and try again and see if I get a different one

ParticipantThanks again Jim. This hasn’t got a display. I have put it into test mode and got a fault code but unfortunately I can’t find an explanation of 11 red flashes and 14 yellow. I have looked really closely at the PDF but I can’t see information on how to work out the fault code if it’s over 10 flashes. Can anyone help?
Thanks, Darrenpmb
ParticipantThanks a lot Jem, that makes a lot of sense. I’ll let you know how it goes

I couldn’t remember how to get into the diagnostics.pmb
ParticipantIt would good to hear from a engineer who works on heat pump dryers, to let us know some of the faults we can check.
we have tried to avoid those up to now.pmb
ParticipantI did have one those covers but never used it becourse when I tip machine up to put in the van I could not get a firm hold.

ParticipantI fitted a new drain pump on this but it still had this fault for several days (and washes) before it started behaving itself. All is fine now
