The number for the main board is not recognised anywhere, is it correct or because it’s fairly new machine?

The heater that popped out did have a collar.
Neon are you saying I should use a heater without a collar and cut rubber collar from old heater , how is this better,

I do repairs around London where the water is hard, and powders do make a deference, if I go to a smelly machine the first thing I ask is do they use Fairy or ecover which can be the cause. So can overloading and not useing enough powder or Liquid, Aerial is the best.
Own brands often tell you to use more powder to get good results, I don’t have a problem with customers using too much but not using enough which happens a lot now as they do not give a measuring jug with boxes of powder, a lot of People don’t notice poor wash results or mouldy smelly door seal.
15 or 30 washes do not do a good job you need at least an hour wash

It’s marked as Daily Quick 30 , the landlord is a builder who does properties and buys machines from EBay and small shops and cannot remember where he got from .
Is their any BEKO engineers who can confirm it should go to 30c

We have been using plastic screwfix bench for a few years, and it’s good, it’s big enough to pull Dryer on it and rotate,

It looks like black rubber which is stuck to the cabinet which is just disintegrating, it goes into the grove in the rear panel which covers the heater. I didn’t think about trying to order it as it is stuck on the back, but maybe they are available I’ll check thanks

We use the plastic fold up table from screwfix, it’s good for ovens and dryers and it’s large enough to turn machines, I would recommend it

I used to sell recon machines 20 years ago when new machines were expensive, but machines are cheap why would somebody buy a used machine.

I have pulled loose paddle away and grabbed screw with pliers and pulled out, then fit paddle without screw , making sure it clicks in place.
