ParticipantRe: Diplomat ADP8102 reset
some of the diplomats reset procedure is to open the door and hold down ‘p’ then when the display flashes close the door for about 1 min then unplug the machine for about 5 mins. This doesn’t work on all diplomats though so good luck.

Thanks for the replies, still no joy after cleaning out the pressure system again and even replacing the pressure pipe.
The pcb looks ok but don’t fancy ordering a new one as may as well get a new machine for that price + i’ve had a few problems with reprogramming these pcb’s before with the fiddly little on-off switchs.
Time to admit defeat i think.randomrob
ParticipantRe: Samsung P1253 Spin Problem
I am having almost the same problem but in reverse, the machine only rotates one way when full of clothes, it sounds like it is trying to rotate but does not move. I have checked the belt and bearings and they seem fine, the brushes are ok aswell. If anyones come across this problem before or has any ideas they will be appreciated. thanks in advance

thanks for the quick reply, i think the switch is about 12 quid anyway so will check the connections and order a switch and see what happens

ParticipantRe: hotpoint lft
Hi just thought i’d finish off the thread by saying that i found a couple of broken wires in the door that hadn’t broken the insulation wires which would explain why i was getting only 50v on the door switch.
I have tried the machine with the new and old pcb and it works perfectly so if anyone needs an already configured pcb for lft114 send me a pm as its going cheap.randomrob
ParticipantRe: hotpoint lft
well i got a new card and have configured the new pcb only to find that suprise suprise the machine still has the existing fault on it. I can only think that it can be the display pcb as i have tested all the components and they all have the correct resistance readings.
If anyone can think of anything to try then please let me know as i’m fed up of washing up.randomrob
ParticipantRe: hotpoint lft
i have an old ‘in-da-skip’ card reader for the washing machine so have ordered a new card and will see what happens, although the connection point for the card reader does not look good at all – nothing for the card reader to ‘clip’ onto just 5 round solder points on the pcb.
