    Thanks guys for your advice, recalled today the new element has blown, connect is sending me out new part. will fit this then go from there, and hope this will resolve the problem.

    Rob, I would suggest you bye pass door mirco switch first, then test. if ok has to be switch. If the fault still persists hinges on door possible touching internal cables on open position, cant see it can be anythig else.
