Hi Dave.. yes have reading between 1&3 ..(2 being switch line.). so of course I can test 240v being the power course..only problem is the polarity correct and of course is neg or positive switched..!!!!

Had the same problem last week a Panasonic changed dispenser..didn’t work..but will give it a try. !! cheers John

Just update.. The original fault was E60 and lights flashing….I traced the fault to the heater TOC was open circuit..although the element coils were ok..I fitted a new heater…..customer reported after about 30 mins the same fault occurred..I checked the heater was ok…tested the pump..as above…but E60 relates to heater and circulation problem…John

Cheers for info, but this door I have covers all the machine..inc soap dispenser & facia at the top to bottom of machine !!

Thats why I am asking as I can’t find a release lever !!!
