Just a quick up date on this, found a partial blockage in the hose from the top of the tub to the dispenser, wasnt obvious until i ran it through with the customers hose. Cleared that, fitted a new set of brushes and away it went….
😉I had similar the other day on a aeg machine, i found problem with the recirc. pump, im also aware that if the is a issue with the pressure system that can cause problems with the analogue pressure switch
Ive got a set of valves on order and i will go back over all the steps you have advised and see what happens!!
When the pressure hose was disconnected it did over fill yes
The woollens seems to be filling to the level you would expect for a cottons wash not to the correct level you would expect
Ive ordered a set of valves for it, and repalced heater on first visit (rechecked the new one today) as the first one had gone OC
Went back to this m/c today, fitted the new pressure switch and it has made no difference. Run it through ever cycle and it is still under filling.
I rechecked the drainge, pressure system and valves!!
Any ideas

Cheers i have metered out the valves and they are switching between the two as you said but still bring in too little water…….. Ill change the pressure switch and see how we get on 🙂

One click when it takes water in but double when i blowed into it!
I have cleaned the pressure pot etc

so you can removed the tub from the old ones, ive seen the pivots at the rear, do i just need to removed bits in the tub and the two screws in the front of the tub legs??
