ParticipantOnce the cover is off the pump and float come straight out pump has two pilot holes it sits in. I’ve not seen any o/c but a few siezed solid

ParticipantThere should be no reason to take the pulley off. With the motor coller have you tried twisting the motor
slightly also there 25 torx has been removed from the front of the cover.The cover has to get over the top of pump

ParticipantDoes this model have the breather hose from the dispenser to top of tub, have seem these blocked on older Bosch m/c’s

ParticipantDid you take the black hose off that connects too the pump, then you need too wiggle it out.
