Once the cover is off the pump and float come straight out pump has two pilot holes it sits in. I’ve not seen any o/c but a few siezed solid

There should be no reason to take the pulley off. With the motor coller have you tried twisting the motor
slightly also there 25 torx has been removed from the front of the cover.

The cover has to get over the top of pump

Does this model have the breather hose from the dispenser to top of tub, have seem these blocked on older Bosch m/c’s

Did you take the black hose off that connects too the pump, then you need too wiggle it out.

Sits on ducting, take the rear off and it’s the righthand side of the motor

I’ve done a few before but always had a knackered magnet on the mag and this tests fine and looks fine

The thing works fine as an oven, I was thinking inverter like the little intergrated neff ones

I would check no slow leaks from motor, causing probs with pcb

Had similar fault on one turned out to be pcb. This would cut out then was completely dead, no display but 230v to it

I found problems with damaged looms around the door but also had one that was a dead timer

Not got out again today, was stuck for several hours when we had the last lot before Christmas

New heater mate, need to insulation test it
