ParticipantJust an update rechecked pcb and resoldered a couple of joints and hey presto it kicked into life, first one I’ve had like this

ParticipantHad a few the worst was a rental house, intergrated wd needed a drain hose, pulled it out to find a large dead rotting rat between the wooden blocks they had propted it up on!!
Also pulled two jonnies out of two seperate m/c’s in the last month niether wife looked to pleased, that made two of us

ParticipantI have had a load with the loom in door but also a similar fault with no wash motor action or voltage and it was the timer, replaced that and it was fine.

Participantyer checked continuity from the schemtic from the board loom, and from the motor itself
do they have a change micro fuse on these boards or is it a complete pcb? EL200D, anyone got the part number for the pcb and the brush housing

ParticipantCheck 240V at wash motor as had a couple this month were PCB is faulty, machine fills but does not bring pump in. the wash pump had siezed in two cases, so just check this has not caused the PCB to go.

Participantive checked both valves, and removed!
How will i check the resin as its sealed?

Participanteither worn or blocked wash pump, but i did come across one with a blocked pressure switch, one too the left of wash motor.
You should hear the pressure switch engage as the wash motor kicks in.

ParticipantWill be bottom power board, check for leaks have had a few leaking from the metering tank
