    Not sure.. it has had a new door fitted as the left side is a different shade. It does have a black cable coming out off it with a cable tie on it and a nice bit of black tape so not sure if its pre mod..

    What do you call a full load.. I have seen 1000’s of people overloading there machines and nor one of them thought that had done so.. both washers and dryers work 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} better with a smaller load..

    Do check the stats. I had this problem on one and it was the stat on the outlet. Again hotpoint could not fix it..

    AWO/D4505 (859233215002) and it is the wash and rinse light just staying on

    light number 3 & 4 from the left

    Yes!
    Done one last week.
    You need to strip the front of the machine apart.
    Remove the front plinth/feet and everything in the wayand its as easy as that!
