I can’t see that code anywhere though Google told me that a couple of people fitted part BSH644782. Check for the normal poor joints on pcb or burn outsRe: teknic oven spares

I believe it’s part of the main wash pump or close to it, accessible from underneath or maybe by the side. could be something has gone through the wash (china/class/pip) and jammed the shutter. Being miele should not be too hard to remove.

Lol.. i went to the local dump last week to watch two nearly new machines be crushed in front of my face. Why will the council not allow me to buy old scrap machines and insist on crushing them..

Brilliant. Thanks for your help. Managed to get a intergrated wm from dad just had to pay the delivery charge. Will look into swift and others as i have been losing out on 4 to 5 sales a week. Mainly on built in stuff.. hopefully dad will deliver ect with no problems. Pain in the ass delivery charge as the driver goes past my door twice a Week. like 3 meters way from my front door. But had to order this as its contract work for a big letting agent. Lets hope they pay on time..

AS far as i know if it works on one wash it should work on both though some miele machines use a motor to change the direction of the inlet. I would first ask what conditioner do you use as some of the cheap gloopy conditioners don’t like to mix with water very well so if you use cheap conditioner try adding a little water to the bottle and shake first. Also make sure you don’t slam the soap draw shut as this sometimes creates a big enough wave to start the conditioner to drain itself

Sounds to me like the pulley is lose on the back, Went out to a job last week in weymouth and the lady told me she phoned another engineer first to be told over the phone it was the bearings. was just a lose beko pulley.

First I would check that they have been fitted correct as they can be a pain if you dont take off the motor. if not check the wires connected to the motor terminal.
