Thanks Clive.
A little Water left in drain hose after pump out is returned to sump after emptying is finished. What i have done now is connected it to the sink overflow spigot with a non return flap in the 1/2 bowl(very high and clear of water) as a test for cust to try. it fails after 10 mins according to cust which is the end of the rinse cycle and start of the main wash fill. Drain hose is high at draining board level.
Customer has installed his own uphill waste plumbing :rolls: . Washer is connected to same.S.

When elements die they can trip RCD. Unless cooker is on same cct as plugs?

Suspension could be worn/low pulling the seal down. Also if the drum support is fractured the drum may run off ctre biting into the seal with a load in. The two holes are drain holes at 6 o clock. Power off if you are going in.
