Re: Siemens tk76k572gb/02 coffee machine- aborts milk froth

Thanks Martin, I had tried multiple descaling progs, purchased some stuff that dissolves milk proteins and tried that too.
Lee, you wee dead right! although the steamer tip looked ok from the front, when I stripped it there was another hole on the side, hidden from view, and it was totally blocked!
I have now had about six coffees to celebrate and am feeling a bit wired!
    Thanks all 😉

Hi Martin, The goods were signed for in the usual way and i was unaware that they were sent “at my own risk” until i complained about the dent! I recieved my delivery, as always by courier to our shop not qualtex van.

I have now written to Qualtex asking them to clarify their position on damaged bulky spares and finished goods so hopefully it will all be resolved soon!

    Re: Qualtex troubles

It was the manchester office and funny enough i heard back this morn from a Mr Eatherington confirming that although this is the case they would arrange a £10 credit. I think this only applies to finished goods and not spares.
A real shame i think as i have, until now, found Qualtex a pleasure to deal with.

When testing solid hotplate cookers you can easily see that all power settings work properly, Check to see if that heater you just fitted is working with no troublesome probing or even getting near the heater.
    Best tool ever!
