    I would really reccomend the peugeot partner, had mine for three years 120k and a daily thrashing. it never broke down! have a transit swb now and the service from ford is the worst i have ever recieved!

    i had an appointment with one of their ‘managers’ on monday. i cancelled a job to see him and he never arrived! Probably saved me a lot of bother…

    sticky tar patches are great for fixing vibrating side panels, motor spares suppliers sell them for door panels etc.

    that usually means knackered pcb, check the distri cd, there are pdf tech manuals so you can perform diagnostics first to see whats up. it also tells you how to config new pcb if required.
    i think emw repair these now.

    out of interest, the timer will also advance if there is a problem with the motor tacho (loose magnet usually). i think all the models with the L shaped module do that.

    haha, when i did my training about 15 years ago i worked for a firm that used that stuff to fix everything…i mean everything!. also i couldnt think of anything else 🙂

    megger the heater and motor, an insulation fault on this machine will give all sorts of strange symptoms
