ParticipantRe: New Connect website
i had to ask the rep to sort out access to new website as i had recieved a leaflet about it a month before, he turned up within a few days and sorted it. its a big improvement when you get used to it. one of the new features is multiple users, so several people can compile their own orders and as don says, the ability to hide trade or rrp prices is useful and quicker than before, just one click of the mouse. nice!

Check drier element not loose, rattles like mad on spin if so.

ParticipantRe: Zanussi WJD1357S Dead.
Can you access diagnostics?, if so it may be error 51 caused by leakage to earth thru motor brushes. i have had two this week, both in garages, with condensation on and inside the plastic holders.

ParticipantRe: hotpoint wma44 flood protection
might be a long shot but check the polarity. i once had one do a similar thing, it filled past normal point then went dead. the wires were incorrect in mains plug.

ParticipantRe: National pub chain paying peanuts.
we have been doing jobs for graffters for approx 6 years in wetherspoons, greene king and brewers fayre pubs and i can honestly say they are the best wp we deal with. They do try to persuade me to do the odd commercial job but take it well when i refuse!. we have a limit of £100 for washers and £70 for driers which saves loads of fuss when quoting. i find payment a bit slow but not a problem when they are so easy to work for. If you need commercial spares or advice they can do that too.
