    I have noticed a steady decline over the past year(since covid) all i can say is i hope things change soon

    Right the clock does just clip in.
    it is held in place by four clips from the outer plastic sleeve. Loosen the bottom clips first which makes it a lot easier. The clock then pulls out complete and then you can remove the timer buttons.
    main problem is that it is hard too see because the frame plastic and the plastic sides of the clock are the same colour. Hope this helps out others

    Thanks for looking it up,so another product Indesit wont list probably because of reliability issues

    Yes it was and it was open circuit.Why dont Indesit list this model number?

    Quiet here also,always is from june till end of August,then the oven repairs come in for Cristmas.Nature of the best i suppose

    Check the motor brushes. Sometimes they can weld in place if the machine was having problems befor when pumping the water out .Always unplug from the mains first. :rolls:

    Drain heater can only be tested correctly with all heaters disconnected.If heater is ok try connecting a small piece of copper wire to the defrost heater and place other end in drain hole. Not exactly proffesional but it works………

    Thanks for the quick reply,the heater is working (or was when i tested it)but iwill give it another try. Could it be an ittermittent relay fault.
