    Re: Gorenje

I don’t treat Gorenje customers any different to Bosch,Neff,Siemens or even Gaggenau customers.

I am there to fix an appliance, don’t care which.I certainly don’t slag the Gorenje brand to customers. However many of them have been told by their dealer that the Gorenje they have bought is made by Bosch.I will tell them the truth,we don’t make it,just repair it. 😉

So if we loose the brand,I’m not gonna shed any tears, and you guys are happy as you get the work.

    Everyones a winner baby!!

Watch out for very, very dodgy timers!!

Had four now where “quality” pump goes o/c and blows the gubbins out of “quality” timer.

Dunno heard a rumour about it a month or so ago.

At least it’s going to be made by us (apparently) 🙄

Suppose I am comparing it to good quality stuff.

But apparently the door boots are a complete nightmare to fit.

Probably gunk caught in drive mechanism.
As it’s gas though I would advise contacting the professionals.

“can I give you a hand to get it out”

    “no thanks I’ll manage”

customer then procedes to ignore you and tries to help anyway. 🙄

thus trapping my fingers between skirting board and washer

then comes out with “sorry,I thought I was helping”.

Have you tried it on a timed program?.

If so does it work ok?.

Had a similar problem a few months back.Cuts out after a few minutes use on sensor program, but works fine on 30 min timed prog.

Turned out to be worn carbon pick up on rear bearing part no. 154177.

    Hope this helps.
