sorry to echo from b4 BUT….
I can honestly see our jobs ending up where tv repairers are now. 😥RRP’s are gone, currys sell cheap washers for less than 200 pounds, with hardly any margin. they buy in bulk and where they make their money is by selling coverplans.
everything is just built to throw away 😥 😥 😥 or “dash weh” as we lot say in the caribs 😈 😈 😈

get the same thing from aircraft engineers who usually ask for brushes for their servis induction motors and stuff.

The RFT (right first time) is now 95{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}. This includes recalls within 30 days. How the backside are you supposed to maintain an RFT of 95{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} on a cr@p product?Vittorio Merloni or whattever you call yourself: after a joke comes the PUNCHLINE

Im not from wales. i had to travel there from the midlands though to do calls, thats when i knew that hotpoint had lost the plot.
then theyd, for example, send someone from far to do my area and vice versa????? 😯 😯 🙄

For the salaries, deduct £1,000 per annum from what theyre advertising. Then get it paid in dribs-and-drabs througout the year.
Deduct another £1,000 if you live above the M25
Dont tell you that though DO THEY?????
Then: deduct 10pence per mile from salary each month for any private vehicle use (that is logged into emit computer every day – trust me). Then get rollicked for using it for personal use in the 1st place!
…Oh OH…. Then, they forgot to tell you that YOU will foot the Bill for the mobile phone calls over £20. whether business calls or not. Or you will have the debt collectors on your a$$.
snotpoint are excellent at lying to their staff and being shady with their recruitment advertising and now they are paying the price…
Imagine what theyd do to the agents????

I have met up with a merloni franchise engineer yesterday.
They look after him well.
£15 per call to £18 per call depending. Wow.No wonder he will be dumping them in a few month’s time.
Even at £150 per call i wouldnt work for them again. 😡
Merloni make me laff. One minute they try to make engineers redundant/sacked and next minute they claim to be crying out for them. And i bet Mr Milani @ peterboro thought “if we get these franchise suckers to sign up we can sack em when we feel necessary!”
Also the statement about them approaching their employed engineers to take on franchises is FALSE.
Im avoiding this. 😥
