just jumping in on this thread, the guy you are talking to (ricky 5050) is talking about me TELL.., i’m signed in on the trade section of UK Whitegoods. Corgi reg 208802, check on corgi gas website.
anyway about the m/oven regulator, ricky has describe all about the stat, and the old style oven, and its good to hear that their is still a possibility of you supply the part still??.

don’t know how the broke it, the little locating lug broke off the knob first by the looks of it, and then the disc has a spring loaded check/stopper, then that broke next, to much load for it, then disc broke.
as for the part change still comes up as the same listed. expensive.

if i remeber correctly there should definately be 3 clicks, the very 1st click is for the heater safety level, so as to make sure there is water in before switching element in.(stops clothes going on fire inside m/c).

just got to cost out an est, for customer, other parts needed .did get correct info off m/parts, they have them. dont no what connect are playing at, they have listed efg206 as a direct replacement. will let you know hopefully by wk/end.

does this stat have 3 contacts no’s 3-2 which is for the element, then a contact no. 5, which switches the fan on constant. also printed on the side of the stat it has EGF 205 ?.

i cant find anything on this m/c aswell. is it the correct pnc, and model no’s. i have had a lad try these no’s in the tess system, and its not listed. only other place to try is distri parts themselves at newton aycliffe.

also check the hose from the tub to drain pump, has to be blockage in my expierence,

plastic TAZO’S was usualy a fault, flips up and a perfect fit to block the top- inlet of pump.??.
