No right just common decency.
”Sorry people, the plans not working, poor foresight, this ring fenced money idea isn’t going to work. So stop selling ISE machines as there will be no money to support your sales’ ….timdowning

Here we go again, engineers and customers to blame for the downfall of ISE. No it’s not, as ken counters it with that’s not the whole reason, change the record ken!
Where is the ring fenced money then? If had been spent or being spent before expected where was the communication to us?timdowning

ISE have ceased trading. Left us all in the proverbial.
Look at news in the WTA section.timdowning
ParticipantRe: News
I think, at this moment in time, I would rather my customers only found out if they contact me with a problem.
I can’t see any benefit from them knowing otherwise.
All I can say is I never falsely claimed from ISE on any products.
Whether ISE see my claims as that is down to their interpretation. I know I have have assisted and visited many a machine without ISE being privy to it. On some machines the time and effort supporting a customer have easily cancelled out the money made on the sale.timdowning

Nothing to do with having a pop.
It’s not about the running of ISE but more the fact you are trying to say you weren’t involved.
Right from the start you used this site as a way to recruit us. It was your baby. You should have never have let it get this bad. Once you were having trouble with insurers you should have put an end to ISE. We carried on selling the products after such time, I even challenged the no insurance route out loud at a meeting, we were assured there would be a pot of money to pay for repairs. We trusted ISE and you. Without this site there would have been no ISE, Do you get it now?timdowning
ParticipantRe: News
I feel totally deceived by it all. Absolutely gutted. You have to remember we gave some of our best, long standing customers to ISE, years of hard work that takes. And your answer is to, as normal of late, knock us for not knowing consumer law. It’s not about law it’s about customer relations, growing a business. I can’t leave these customers high and dry giving them the see you in court routine. Oh I forgot it was just a hobby for you well you could have told us that from the offset!

ParticipantRe: Strange fault Hotpoint WD51
Probably a chaffed wire near the motor connector. Unplug machine if investigating.

ParticipantRe: News
When you say ‘it may well be ‘ I assume you mean yes it is insured?
So ISE paid the insurance company an amount to insure the machine for the 10 years.
So if I contact the insurance company they surely must sort it out?
If not then… It falls back to me as the retailer?
So therefore if I can’t fix it or get spares I have to give the customer a new machine?
Maybe you could kindly let us retailers / engineers know exactly where we stand?
Thanks.timdowning

I’m sure my sale in 2009 should be on an insurance? Which I assume is covered?

Sad to read all this and appreciate how stressful it must be.
I do have a job that needs to be raised on an ise10 I sold in 2009, you say new jobs can’t be raised. Can you explain this please.
