Yep but looking at the photo you’ll do well to do it that way with the compressor & pipework where it is…
A good squirt of switch cleaner & a few backwards / forwards turns of the dial can do the trick. If not change the board.
Maybe it won’t clear until you change the door lock?
Has it go a child lock setting on it?If you have the full model number you can download the manual…
The few I’ve had of this range being dead have always been
the main module rather than the programme selector module. There’s a chip on them that fails.Not too bad a job really.
Front access panel off, side panels off. Then with a few other screws removed the plastic base comes away. (Dishwasher laid on its side at this point.) Spring clamps fitted on the hoses rather than those horrible oetiker clamps.

Have they got rid of the page where you can enter model & serial number to check if your dryer is under the recall?
