    With these Samsung if after recalibrating them you still have the same issue then I always replace the module.

    Strange as Connects prices and stock levels have been poor of late as if they weren’t wanting any trade??
    I wonder if every Screwfix will now have an appliance spares trade counter. That could be useful. ☕️

    I queried this with Qualtex but just got told I had to buy the clamp. Disappointing that you know you are paying for a genuine but just getting the pattern version – I expected better from Qualtex.

    Just in case this will help someone;
    E15 cured by replacing the sump unit. (Weeping)
    E12 cured by replacing the heat pump. (Running slow).

    I’ve had similar issues. Two out of the last four I’ve seen have been the fascia module the other two I didn’t get to find out as there were no stock of the main board (wish I had seen the diode trick). I too have had poorly packaged modules from Connect in fact one of the fascia modules I have in stock at the mo was in a right state when I got it & I can’t trust that it’s ok, the problem is I never got time to send it back, stupid I know!!

    I have had the door catch under the lid give this problem. (No clicks from the pub? You’ve made me think about not going to the pub now – ).

    Did you insulation test the element(s)?

    Did you insulation test the dryer & wash heater? As always low insulation can cause display issues…

    Going by other posts on this site the only difference is the temperature side of things. So if you fit the incorrect one you’ll get the customer saying it isn’t heating enough.

    Perfect thanks for that. I’ve just realised this is the version where the heater comes with connector blocks. What a numpty.

    You must fit the exact heat pump. The issue will be because you didn’t fit the 651956. I’m sure there was a discussion on this site with what the differences are & the temperature sensing side of things was the issue.

    Sorry in the delay to reply. The download was very useful, in fact it was nice to take a machine apart that then went back together again with no issues. The capacitor was actually 6uf but not a problem as I fitted a 7uf. I haven’t heard back from the customer yet to whether it has sorted the issue but I’m sure I’ll find out later after I’ve sent him my bank details!! Cheers.
