    mite be worth checkin out pump as had few of these from whirlpool days changed pump and away she went. worth a try

    hi machineman,

    if its insurance then i change the whole drum as they’re paying but for private work i just knock the bearings out etc etc but still charge them £100 to do.think its best to do which ever suits u and to make the most money on,as its getting harder these days to earn to earn a decent crust.

    the oven is all controlled by the clock u have to press button and turn dail to set temp so could it be the clock/timer

    u can take it out through the front once removed weights and motor , etc and then split the tub. once u done one they get easier they not to hard to do as loads r failin now doing 8 wma bearings a week

    Hi simon46,
    i just fit new bearings and shaft as cheaper for me i use part no 1604473
    order no 5031681653112 from connect bout £12 for bearings.
    takes me 30 mins to do bearing change so not to long
    GOOD LUCK 8)

    hi,
    You need a small flat screwdriver bent over at end, which slides down the side of button which u will be then able to unclip. then just shorten the wire abit and refit
