I can’t take all the credit though, Myself & Ken threw all the data in 🙂
This new facility is just awesome IMO. Not only does it now give any consumer the ability to search for one of us, but as you can see, the UK is mostly Blue!
Hopefully, members might start to get some work at some point from that module, so the effort involved in getting it up & Live will be well worth it 😀

I think a mobile number on an ‘Official’ document from a TA looks a bit unprofessional TBH.
I’d stick UKW number on it, and if Lawrence gets a call, take a name & number then Lawrence can call them back?
The letter looks good though IMO

Main thing is though so far, that RC Agents are reading my outcome, and if it gets one agent outa the DSG sh1te by doing the same, then that’s a job well done!
RC hold too much power over most people, if RC Agents see some little guy in Cardiff standing his ground and coming away with a result, then happy days! I hope those in similar positions think about how to go forward, given the NO response by RC regarding ANY issue, bar, We’ll look at it and come back to you!

I told Max to raise the issue a couple of weeks after I’ve concluded my notice, so it gives me a chance to say what the result or agreement was…
I think I wrote that in a way, that RC Management will ignore it as a ‘Brag’ or ‘Admission’ of a deal, but it does tell other repairers what the end result was, if you get me, and that is, as you say, is one rule for one, another for the rest 🙁
I just hope more people now think about whether they want to continue with the crap that DSG bring, knowing, that if cornered, RC are not entirely in the power seat…
I needed a way to make public, what my deal was, and the man Max has given me the platform 😉

Hi Steve,
ATM, repairers aren’t listed on the WTA site as a ‘Search’ facility. It is something we want to get added to the site, but ATM It does refer back to repairs@ when a customer wants to search. You will however stand out against ‘Non’ WTA members if multiple engineers in your area, as it will state you are a member of the Whitegoods Trade Association.
If you’re on holiday with repairs@, you’ll not appear, so best off removing your holiday status.
You can however, have your link put on to the WTA site which also tells you the number of hits your link has had. You’ll have to PM kwatt about that one, as that’s something I can’t update until the weekend.
As for web links on the site, I’m having some final training on Friday regarding the more in-depth side of editing and administrating the WTA site. One of my first priorities, will be to update the members web addresses, as currently, it’s displaying 14. And there is a heap more than that to add if people get in touch 😉
If anyone hasn’t yet had their site listed, and would like it to be listed when I update that section next week, please email:

The ‘Regional Executives’, not ‘Managers’ are in place now.
The ‘Vibe’ I got yesterday, is the area sales managers are kicking off because the Repaircare work is upsetting CDSL customers & sales managers clients.
I have a feeling, these people, will be ‘Combined’ Repaircare & CDSL managers, like a ‘All under one roof’ kinda guy if you get me?
Apparently, some big suggestions were made at the National meeting the other week, so we watch this space!
What was confirmed, is that a NUMBER of CDSL Sales staff have joined the RC Forum, and have found posts of mine, and others… “F**king Hilarious”!!!!
I can believe the above though… While the spares are flying out, and the DSG work is getting done, why on earth any one suit would actually take a handful of ‘Open speakers’ seriously I never know :rolls:

It’s not the guy we were talking about the other day? Think that issue was co-incidental with me dropping DSG work. I found out yesterday (via a little trick told to me from somewhere in Somerset :wink:) that Repaircares new engineer is dais.biz so the name Craig, although popping up in the same day a few times, is co-incidental…?
Regarding lee8, he probably just spends his life researching stuff online, or if he is the guy that was involved with TR Appliances Serviceforce years ago, he simply probably has a few friends up & down the contry? Either that, or he’s a voice of someone that would rather not post! 8)
