That’s half the problem. To be blunt, she does not have alot of confidence, and was wary about telling us that she had another guy out in first place!!!! I think she is looking for a bit of….. back up I suppose. Does the lack paperwork issue create a problem? If not, I will help her persue this as far as I can.

Needless to say I didn’t think that was very fair.
K.
If true, would they seriously have any grounds to disipline an Employee for using this site? Or is that just a dead end, actually going no-where scare tactic hoping people will fear the rath of BG Management?
Also, if that is true, by making an issue out of using this site, surely they will have promted some curious employees to look! Just to see what is so scarey!

BlockedRe: Monthly Insurance
Hi all, 🙂
Does anyone know where we stand Legally with regards to advertising these policies? I wouldn’t mind dedicating a portion of my website to the advertising of these policies, so before I do, I would just like to know whether I have to abide by any FSA regs, or whether I can actively market them?

BlockedRe: British Gas To Drop Appliance Servicing?
Well, as this is the Rumour mill, and (well I hope) nothing is taken as gospel, BG in South Wales seem to be booming. I have lots of friends who call into my place every day, if not, every week, and they are chocka block with work. By all acoounts, BG have had they’re quiet time, but all seems to be back to busy again. Also, I get the lowdown an all the ‘team breifs’, and from what I can gather, BG are going for it on the recruitment side, taking on apprentices and even re-training white goods engineers into sparkies.
Certainly no idication that wheels are coming off here!VillageIdiot2

BlockedRe: DAG TEQ Awards Fixed Or Not?
We had a customer not so long ago ring us to book in a DAG job. From the start, she was most demanding, and discusted with us because she had to wait 2 Days for an Engineer :rolls: . Engineer arrives, carries out repair and leaves. No more contact with that customer….. Untill…. DAG sends us a copy of their questionaire 3Months later…..
All Boxes are ticked as ‘No’ or Negative responses were given…… even down to ‘Was the Engineer of a smart appearance’…. Answer- NO 😕 , all our guys are in full clean uniform……… Says it all really!

Martin wrote:Now in this instant the guy wandered around the ground floor rooms putting his company stickers on all the appliances he (or his company) fix. Which involved going out of the kitchen, poking around in the utility room, slapping stickers on fridges, freezers, tumble dryer, dishwasher and washing machine
I agree, that is just plain cheeky and shouldn’t be done.
This guy must be getting a bonus for using all his stickers 😆Although, we carry stickers containing our Logo and Tel No, they are professionally designed and printed and are no bigger than 3 first class stamps side by side. We ALWAYS offer to leave one for the customer, and they rarely ever object….
