John Hopwood came down today for a visit to show me the new ISE 10. Marvelous 😀 .

Also, he introduced me to the Insurance scheme and went through the facts etc…… I am soooo exited about this! I have already photocopied lots of forms as I intend selling as many of these as poss. (Del… if you could send me aload of customer packs please 🙂 ).

I rekon this is a winner, and I’m glad to have the oportunity to offer these policies. Nice one UKW! 😀

I agree Bryan, If we as Sole Traders, Small Companies or Manufacturers advise the customer of your charges before agreeing to book a job in, there is no rip off there. The terms / charges of the repairer have been aired and it is the choice of the customer to agree to them or shop around. I think the term ‘rip off’ can only come into the equation when low prices / no call out fee / free estimates are quoted then the cust gets a £100 bill!

Well reading this I am totally lost! I think the oldest machine I can remember working on is a Hotpoint WM….! Oh no, maybe the odd Servis Quartz (only one or two though, and even they were written off)! We do get a few telephone calls occasionally from customers with twin tubs who say they have had them for 15 Yrs or so……. I have to refer them elsewhere 😆

Many negative things said about CDSL here, I can’t think of one thing to moan at though…
As a whole, working for them for just over a Year, taking into account good and bad points… Superb Company and a pleasure to be involved with. 🙂
