    You need an account before you buy the disk . I sent back the form with my details to open an account about a month ago , have heard nothing since . So hope they deal with you a bit quicker.

    Looking at your original post you say that the person told the shop to do what ever they want with the laptop , it could be too late now they might have thrown it away.

    How do you know it needs replacing if you dont know where it is .
    How did you test the original to see if its faulty.

    442394 is the part you want.

    V01 is for s5453x1gb/46
    Vo2 is for s5453x1gb/50

    If you look at the top of the page on bosch e shop it shows model types.

    What is your incoming hot water temperature, the manual states that 60 deg C is the max and that wash will less effective than a cold fill.

    The wash pump listed on connections is correct , its the replacement for the ASkoll pump .
